Step-by-Step Installation
1. Unpack and Inspect Components
- Lay out your custom flags and banners and pole sections.
- Verify the flag's full color print quality and confirm whether it's single sided or one of our double sided feather flags options.
2. Choose Your Location
- Pick a level, solid surface so your flag stands straight and won't tip over.
3. Choose and Install Your Base

Detach the small square plate from your metal axle. The piece with the black plastic tip is the top.

Insert the axle (“stud”) into the central hole of your empty water tank—plastic tip pointing up.

Seat the square plate inside the tank against its recessed wall, then thread and tighten the nut to lock the stud in place.

- Ground spike: Ideal for grass or soil—drive it in using your foot or a rubber mallet.
- Cross base: Perfect for hard surfaces or indoor floors; fill the base with water or sand for added weight.
- Water tank: A versatile, fillable tank designed for hard surfaces. Use it alone as a standalone ballast, combine it with a cross base for extra stability, or stack multiple tanks together to achieve the weight you need.
4. Assemble the Carbon Fiber Pole && Attach the Flag to the Pole

Thread the pole through the sewn sleeve (“flag skirt”) from bottom to top.

Connect pole sections—slide Section 1 into Section 2, then Section 2 into Section 3—twist and push until each joint locks.

Pull the sleeve fully down so the flag graphic sits taut along the entire pole.

5. Secure the Bottom of the Flag

- Insert the pole's bottom end into the base's central spindle.
- Ensure it clicks or seats firmly—yet can still rotate freely with the breeze.

- Tug gently on different parts of the flag to confirm tension and balance.
