We don’t test products at average conditions — all tests at extreme limits.
Wind resistance for flag poles, bonding strength, flag base corrosion resistance, water bag load safety etc. are verified before products reach the market.

Key products and complaint-related orders are tracked in our ERP system.
Customer complaint rate is directly linked to production and quality team KPIs and bonuses.
