    1 We Choose Stability Over Short-Term Cost

    We select suppliers based on material performance and consistency — not the lowest price. Long-term partnerships, priority payments, and continuous feedback ensure stable quality over years, not just one order.

    2 We Control Quality Before Production Starts

    Materials are inspected by risk level, with functional defects 100% rejected. New or complaint-related items undergo full inspection by QC to prevent issues at the source.

    3 Quality Is Managed During Production — Not After

    Operator self-checks, in-process quality inspections, workshop audits, and finished product sampling work together to prevent defects during production. We catch errors before they become costs.

    4 First Article Inspection Is a Team Decision

    For every new product and first production unit, sales, engineering, production, QC, and top management review the product together. This ensures technical standards and customer requirements are fully aligned before mass production.

    5 We Test Beyond “Normal Use” (160km/h Wind Tunnel Test)

    We don’t test products at average conditions — we verify them at extreme limits. In 2019, our flagpoles successfully passed a professional wind tunnel test in Italy, withstanding wind speeds up to 160km/h (Grade 14 Typhoon).

    Beyond wind resistance, we verify bonding strength, flag base corrosion resistance, and water bag load safety before any product reaches the market.

    6 Data-Driven Quality Accountability

    Key products and complaint-related orders are tracked in our ERP system. Customer complaint rates are directly linked to production and quality team KPIs and bonuses, ensuring full responsibility.

    7 Compliance Is Not Optional

    Our products are regularly tested to comply with international safety standards including EU REACH and California Proposition 65. Quality also means safety and environmental responsibility.
